How do I report an outage?

At Maverix, we actively monitor our network for outages and work quickly to resolve any issues. If an outage occurs, we will notify affected customers through the customer portal, as well as via email and SMS text messages.

1. Troubleshoot Your Connection

If you are experiencing connectivity issues, we recommend reading our Troubleshooting Internet Connectivity Issues article to perform basic troubleshooting steps before reporting an outage.

2. Check for Outage Notifications

If there is a known outage in your area, we will send updates through your Customer Portal, email, and SMS. Be sure to check these channels for real-time updates on service restoration.

3. Contact Support

If you’re still having issues after troubleshooting and there are no reported outages, open the chat window in the bottom right corner of this page to reach Maverix Support for further assistance. Our team is here to help!
