Updating your Login Email & Primary Email

If you need to update the primary email address associated with your account and billing, you can do so through your Maverix customer portal:

  1. Log in to your Maverix account and navigate to My Details from the left sidebar.

  2. Select Change Login Email and Primary Email.

  3. Enter your new email address and click Verify Login Update.

  4. A confirmation code will be sent to the new email address you provided. Enter the code and click Verify to complete the update.

Updating your phone number

  1. Log in to your Maverix account and navigate to My Details from the left sidebar.

  2. Find the Contact Information box.

  3. Click the orange + icon to add a new phone number.

  4. Enter a title, the phone number, and select the phone type (Mobile, Home, Office). You can also choose to set this number as the primary phone number on your account.

Enabling SMS Notifications

You can enroll to receive SMS (text) notifications about your service, outages, or promotions. To enable this feature, click the toggle next to the Receive Notifications label.

Enabling Two Factor Authentication

  1. Log in to your Maverix account and navigate to My Details from the left sidebar.

  2. Find the Enable Two Factor Authentication box

  3. Select the method you’d like to use to receive your verification code.

  4. Click Enable to activate two-factor authentication on your account.
