Adjusting Your Maverix Internet Plan: Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading Your Plan

You may want to upgrade your internet plan if:

  • You have more devices connected than before.

  • You're experiencing slow speeds during streaming, gaming, or video calls.

  • You need faster upload and download speeds for work, school, or entertainment.

How to Upgrade:

  1. Click on the Maverix icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and request to upgrade your speed. Our team will process your request and apply the changes as quickly as possible.

Downgrading Your Plan

You may want to downgrade your internet plan if:

  • Your household has fewer connected devices.

  • You no longer need high speeds for gaming, streaming, or remote work.

  • You want to adjust your service to fit your budget.

How to Downgrade:

  1. Review your current usage – Consider how a lower speed may affect your experience.

  2. Compare plans – Find a plan that meets your needs while reducing costs.

  3. Request a downgrade – Click the Maverix icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and follow the on-screen prompts to process your change.
